Two 110sqm apartments each, recently renovated and located just a short walk away from Rome’s historic centre. Quiet and well lit, both properties are equipped with lifts.

Each 110sqm apartment has been newly renovated and is ideally situated within walking distance of some of Rome’s most iconic landmarks: Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Via del Corso and Villa Borghese. Just three minutes from the underground station, with direct connections to Termini Station, St Peter’s and the Colosseum.
Peaceful and filled with natural lights, both apartments are accessible by lift.
Each property comprises a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with balconies and three bathrooms with showers. Each apartment can accommodate up to eight guests.
Easily reachable by car and located outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL).
